Behavioral Consultation
cost- $95 hour
Follow -Up appointments - $35 per 1/2 hour
Our Behavioral Consultation is designed to work with the dog and owner in a one to one environment.
~ Reactivity to people, places, things, events and/or other dogs

Consultations are a great way to address your dogs needs and/or your concerns at our facility. During a consultation you will gain much information on-
~ body language~ environmental effects
~ appropriate household boundaries
~ appropriate engagement
~ building fluency
~ benevolent ownership/household
~ restructuring the relationship you have with your dog
~ desensitization
~ working under threshold
~ careful and considerate socialization
~ consistency in training, management and structure
~creating a healthier CER (conditioned emotional response)
~ Aromatherapy - blends, hydrosol, appropriate use~
The consultation is just that, to give you a better understanding on what is happening and and information on the work that will need to be done. A consultation runs approximately 1- 1 1/2 hours. Please plan accordingly. It is important that you not only receive the information you need, but that you understand the initial plan for you and your dog. You will receive follow up information to support what was discussed during your appointment. After the initial consultation, if there is a need for follow up appointments they will either be 1/2 hour or 1 hour privates. We also offer a group class for clients that are coming along in their private training and are ready for a small group environment. This is only scheduled when we have at least 4 clients that have reached a stage in their training/modification plan and are doing consistent work.
RELAXING YOUR
REACTIVE ROVER - This class is an extension of our private training
programs. When dogs have reached a certain point at home with; better
relationship, more owner focus, calm and settle with minor distractions,
and more fluent basic behaviors, we then incorporate them into a small
group environment to work on capturing and shaping good coping skills.
This class is intensive and requires a great deal of structure and
management from the owner. A great deal of time is spent on observation
of body language both human and canine, discussing thresholds, fluency,
and pushing or backing off of certain environments for success.
This class is scheduled when we have a minimum of four clients that we are working with privately, that we feel are ready for a small group environment. If you are interested please contact us

cost - $35 half hour
$8 for 1/2 ounce blend 
Olfaction, or the process of 'smelling', is the dogs primary sense. Depending on the study you read, a dogs olfactory sense is 1,000 - 10,000 times greater than ours, what ever the number it is safe to say that their 'nose knows'! For example, a human has 5 million receptors to detect scent, a dog has 220 million. They are well engaged in the scent world long before we can detect anything. Using scents to our advantage in training and modifying an emotional responses is very beneficial to our dogs. Aromatherapy is a useful and powerful tool when combined with training, modifying and adding new structure to your plan. We have had great success with our essential oil blends to assist in creating a calm environment, hydrosol in home and/or new environments, and single essential oils when used with a diffuser. An aromatherapy consultation is focused on finding the right scent for your needs with your dog. We also discuss proper use as well as safety. We will supply you with the recipe if you want to make your own or we can make a blend for you and your dog. NOTE - synthetic scents such as plug ins, 'spa perfumes', impregnated calming material for crates, or bathroom aerosols are NOT intended for therapeutic use. All essential oils/hydrosols and blends need to be from the best and cleanest plant source possible

Puppy/Litter Testing
Breeder's cost - $175 to test a litter at the breeders facility. This is generally a 4-6 hour appointment, please plan accordingly. (does not include travel expenses). To schedule, the puppies need to be 'on the ground' for 1-3 days. Please call to check with availability for the 49 day developmental marker. Potential buyer cost - $65 an hour for individual puppy
We use a combination of the P.A.T. (puppy aptitude test) in conjunction with a sociability test to people, places, things, small events and litter mates. Orientations to people, litter mates and objects. Motivations and breed information. This is a great way to find the right owners for your puppies, or a puppy that is gong to be just right for you. Whether your looking for competition quality, family companion, or simply a well balanced pup, this is a great way to find the right match. This service must be scheduled before the litter is three weeks old. Testing is then scheduled for the 49 day developmental marker.
NOTE - we do not guarantee a perfect match with every litter that we test. As a potential buyer you should be prepared to look at several litters if the right match is not available in the first.
Private Training - puppy, adolescent or adult dog
cost - $35 per 1/2 hour - $65 per hour
Whether you want to work on; better training techniques, handler focus, or a new skill, privates give you the one-on-one training time that is focused and direct. Agility, Freestyle, tricks, new puppy manners, loose leash walking, getting to know a new environment.....and much more! Offered at our facility.
Available Tuesday - Friday 7am - 10am
6 Week Training Private
cost - $325 for six 1 hour privates booked over a 6 week period
This is a great option for those that are series about gaining good training skills for the life long journey. Whether you want to modify a behavior, learn new skills, prepare for competition, or are starting a new puppy, these concentrated privates over six weeks will help you to fast track and also keep you honest in your goals. All six privates need to be booked 1 week apart, we ask that you be prepared to do the work we suggest and create the time to do so. We will bill you 1/2 of the fee after the first private, and the final payment at the last private.

Changing, learning or modifying a behavior takes time and effort, we believe the results are worth it! If you would like help modifying a problem behavior or learning something new please contact us!
